The Affiliate agrees to promote Embodied Microdosing Ministry (EMM) products (“Products”) through the use of unique affiliate links, and EMM agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission based on sales generated from these links.

• Commission Rate: The Affiliate will earn a 20% commission on each sale made through the Affiliate’s unique referral link.

• Payment Schedule: Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, with payments being issued by PayPal.

• Minimum: There is no minimum for payout.

• Marketing Materials: EMM will provide the Affiliate with marketing materials, including product links, banners, and other content to use in promoting the Products by email with the email address given on the application. 

• Promoting the Products: The Affiliate agrees to share EMM’s Products on social media, websites, blogs, email lists, or any other appropriate marketing channels using the provided copy from EMM as a template, but may expand by sharing their own microdosing story. 

• Compliance: The Affiliate will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to marketing the Products and will not make any false or misleading claims regarding the Products. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that all content shared is accurate and complies with EMM’s guidelines.

• Providing Products: EMM will fulfill all customer orders made through the Affiliate’s links.

• Tracking: EMM will track sales generated through each Affiliate’s unique referral link and will provide the Affiliate with regular reporting regarding their performance and commissions earned.  Tracking Cookie Duration 30 days. If the referred visitor makes a purchase in this timeframe, the referring affiliate will be rewarded a commission.

• Payments: EMM will issue payments to the Affiliate by paypal each month at the rate of 20% per transaction. 

• Term: This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either Party with written notice.

• Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the Affiliate will be entitled to commissions on sales generated before the termination date, but will no longer be eligible for commissions on sales generated after the termination date.

• Confidentiality: Both Parties agree to keep all information shared between them confidential, including customer data, sales reports, and any other proprietary business information, and not to disclose such information to any third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

• Liability: Neither Party will be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the performance of this Agreement, including but not limited to loss of profit or business opportunity. The total liability of EMM will not exceed the total amount of commissions earned by the Affiliate in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

• Taxes: The Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee of EMM. The Affiliate is responsible for their own taxes and expenses, and no employer-employee relationship is created under this Agreement.

• Disputes: In the event of any disputes, the Parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter first through non-violent communication, then turning to professional negotiation or mediation before seeking other legal remedies. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of South Carolina.

• Modifications: EMM reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with changes becoming effective upon notice to the Affiliate.

• No Exclusivity: This Agreement does not grant the Affiliate any exclusivity in promoting EMM’s Products.
