David White –
This Passion Flower tincture from EmbodiedMicrodosing has quickly become my favourite tincture. I loved everything about it from my first dose. It has a delicious taste that is immediately surprising to the palate – almost as if she’s presenting a sampler-plate of different, subtle flavours on the way down. Its very difficult to overcome the urge to load up another dropper-full after the first one. The aftertaste invites for more.
I would not say it’s sedating in the way that Amanita Muscaria is – Passion Flower (at least this particular variety’s effect on my own, unique nervous system) is more calming and centering in its approach to the runway. It has an ever-so-slight euphoric effect that Amanita doesn’t. It’s a very clean, cleansing feel without the jitters of a caffeine or amphetamine buzz and certainly has the opposite effect of stimulants on one’s ability to relax and sleep.
Although it has a good synergy with Amanita (recommend taking Passionflower two – three hours before Amanita and bedtime) but I possibly see some crazy potential for use with a certain three-letter sacrament to help calm the pre-flight nerves and maybe even extend the journey longer than the usual 15 min air-time.
Need much more research but we’ll see. But there’s something definitely up with this amazing sacrament
